Lakeview is widely known as the "Paradise of the Ozarks", a quiet, friendly community of 718 people. Its location on the shores of the nationally famous Bull Shoals Lake, together with its low crime rate and spectacular wooded residential areas have drawn a great many retirees as residents as well as visiting tourists. Bull Shoals Lake is renowned for lunker bass, large crappie, blue gill, trout, white bass, catfish and walleye. The clean, clear water is a delight to boating, swimming, scuba and skiing enthusuasts. The Lakeview Marina offers launching, docking, boat and equipment rental for visitors and residents. |
